oh, let's say a battered old cocoa tin
filled with bits of chalk
you may find yourself tempted to test out that chalk
on the umm, wall
ah, it's just chalk
no harm, no foul
but if a love note found itself permanently etched on the wall
that wouldn't be so bad either, would it?
