my yoga teacher says it's impossible to take slow, deep breaths and feel anxious at the same time.
i must be a miracle.

    I have an app that is supposed to help me relax by showing me how to breathe deeply and slowly.
    I watch this little meter, and breathe in and out for however long it says.
    Just about the whole time I'm thinking "How much longer? Arrrghhh....only halfway through. Okay, okay, yes, I get it. Deep breath......"
    I don't think you're supposed to get nervous while using a relaxation app but it gets to me every time. I just want to be done already.
