head goes here: oh deer, oh dear made her debut last week and was quickly snatched up. (insert small whoop of glee here!) as a matter of fact, she's on her way to australia now, thanks to one miss mippy!

if i'm lucky, this fella will be ready by the end of the week! (it's a slow process tucked in between a full-time job, three dogs and an almost daily yoga practice!)
I saw the giraffe is done! I couldn't help but feel sorry for her, posed right next to the plant, yet unable to eat. It's like how I feel walking by the bakery section while I'm on a diet. : (

try not touching it. i got overly fussy with my jade and all the leaves fell off and mom had to nurse it back to health. now i just water it the tiniest bit, once a week and it's done fabulously. it likes to be ignored. it's also in a north window, so it doesn't get very strong light. i don't know if that's what it likes, but that's what it gets.
