i suppose if backed into a corner and threatened, i could have just one. but i could never, ever go on a trip with just one. couldn't i have a favorite genre instead? please?
How can you guys not have a favorite?! Or are you just saying that you don't, sorta like how parents say that they don't have a favorite child? There is always a favorite. :)
I like too many. I can't pick just one. It's not like our three cats, where I clearly have a favorite. I have hundreds of books here at home, and many more we store at the public library. I can't possibly choose one. Maybe I could pick my favorite book to read when I'm feeling sad, or my favorite book to read to a toddler or my favorite Brit Lit classic, but not just one. That's crazy.
