my very, very favorite thing to decorate with?

plants.

large leafy greens, overflowing pots of succulents,

ferns, and airplants dotted here and there.

they warm up a home so easily.

a nice inviting bit of clutter and life.

it still surprises me how many of them are scattered around our home.

{ even more that they all appear to be healthy! }

if you're in a new place and it feels a bit stark, 

the first thing i'd do is add a few plants.

any favorite plants of yours that i should try?

i'd love something in the soft grey-green range...

oh, and i love things that trail just so.
