thinking about how the holidays have changed over the years.

it's a strange time... this newlywed period.

we can't go back to our old family traditions. and we haven't quite established new ones.

it makes the holidays a little confusing being in between traditions.

it feels ungrounded and a perhaps a bit lonely.

i know this will change slowly over the coming years.

it's just been on my mind a bit.
