lost and found again

i am so sorry i have been away so long. i have missed you, truly.
there was a move, a holiday, a lot of unpacking and resettling.
and then there was the little matter of getting internet trucked through the trees and to our house.
the first few parts were wonderful, really. the last bit, a nightmare.
but now i am back in this lovely modern age with lots to tell you.
